Alongside is an early product pilot from Champlin Enterprises. This page describes what this first build does today.

The interface supports personal checklists, financial entries and cycle milestones. Clinical privacy and legal review are still pending. Pilot participants should use fictional or nonsensitive information rather than real medical results, treatment instructions or financial documents.

What is stored

A signed-in account stores your name, email, password hash (or, if you sign in with Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn, a link to that account: its ID, name, email and profile photo address), chosen journey stage, timezone and the entries you choose to save. Entry contents and journey stage are encrypted in the database using a server-held application key. The server can decrypt these records to display them to you. This is not end-to-end encryption.

What is shared

This pilot has no partner sharing, advertising pixels, session replay, AI processing of your records, or outbound email/SMS reminders. Records are hosted on Champlin Enterprises’ infrastructure. Server and security logs may contain technical request information. External resource links take you to independent organizations with their own privacy practices.

Your controls

Use Settings to export your active records or delete your account and its active records. Deletion does not instantly remove copies from any infrastructure backups; a documented backup-retention and deletion process is required before public launch.

What Alongside does not do

Alongside does not diagnose, interpret test results, prescribe medications, calculate treatment schedules, guarantee grant eligibility or determine insurance coverage. Follow your clinician’s instructions for medical care and verify funding and insurance details with the relevant organization.

Before public launch

Consumer-health privacy review, retention and recovery procedures, content review, and the encryption architecture for clinical records must be completed. We do not claim HIPAA compliance or clinical approval.
